In the heart of Sacramento, our latest project involved revitalizing a once-neglected mid-century home. Tasked with replacing outdated single-pane windows, examining structural integrity, and modernizing siding, we began a transformative journey.

Our challenge? Removing an entire wall of glass and installing custom-built, energy-efficient windows. We chose Andersen’s dual-pane, Low-E, gas-charged windows with striking black frames, perfect for Sacramento’s diverse climate. During the renovation, we uncovered and remedied dry-rot, termite damage, and outdated insulation, thanks to our trusted pest control partner.

The highlight was the siding makeover. Our client selected the premium JM Hardie Plank siding with a distinctive 5″ exposure, elevating the home’s aesthetic. To complement the contemporary feel, we opted for a sleek, frameless window design.
